Somebody has to take the flag for motorsports. We are.
Tokenization of real-world assets has gone from a conference talking point to United States policy. Stocks went first. Private, real-world operating assets come next — and nobody has claimed racing. Bitcoin Racing USA is racing to become the first race team in America to securitize, on Robinhood Chain, through regulated channels. This page is the argument.
It stopped being a theory
You don't have to take a race team's word for it. Robinhood's leadership has been making this argument in public for a year — and in September 2026, U.S. regulators moved. The record, in their own words:

"Tokenization is like a freight train. It can't be stopped, and eventually it's going to eat the entire financial system."
Vlad Tenev, CEO of Robinhood, predicting most major markets would have a tokenization framework within five years.

Jul 1–2, 2026 · Robinhood Chain launches
"The future of crypto is in real-world assets."
Tenev on CNBC, the day after Robinhood Chain — a network built for real-world assets — went live. His point: the next phase is real financial instruments on-chain, not more speculative tokens.

"American investors should benefit from this innovation, too."
Tenev calling on U.S. policymakers to modernize the rules — adding that they "need to move quickly." At the time, Stock Tokens were live in 120+ countries and not yet available in the United States.

"Everyone should be able to access high-quality financial assets, wherever they live. That's what tokenization unlocks."
Tenev on taking the best of U.S. capital markets and making them available on a global scale.

Sep 17, 2026 · The SEC moves
"Tokenization is coming to America."
Tenev, the day the SEC approved a five-year innovation exemption for trading tokenized listed stocks in the U.S. — crediting "instant settlement, 24/7 trading, fractionalization by default and more."

Figures as publicly reported in August 2026 (Crypto Briefing, The Motley Fool). All statements above are public remarks quoted for context. They are not about Bitcoin Racing USA, and quoting them implies no affiliation with or endorsement by Robinhood Markets, Inc. or anyone named.
Stocks went first. Racing is unclaimed.
Everything tokenized at scale so far was already a financial product: listed stocks, treasuries, funds. The harder, more interesting frontier is the private, real-world operating asset — a business you can walk up to and touch. Here is why a race team is the right shape for it.
Small enough to own whole
You cannot tokenize a meaningful piece of a stick-and-ball franchise. A grassroots race team is a complete business at a human scale: one car, one program, one set of books.
The assets are real and countable
A car with a chassis number. Sponsorship contracts. Prize money. Content and livery IP. Nothing abstract — every line is something an owner could point to in the paddock.
It reports in public every race weekend
Timing and scoring is a public, third-party record of how the asset performed. Few private businesses publish results on a schedule the whole world can watch.
Fans already fund it
Motorsport has always run on other people's belief: sponsors, patrons, supporters. Fans have paid for racing for a century and owned none of it. That is the gap.
Sports tokens so far have sold proximity — badges, votes, access. To our knowledge, no race team in America has been offered as an actual, regulated security. That is the flag.— the open lane
An issuer raising its hand
The lesson of the first wave of tokenized private-company exposure is that the issuer belongs at the table. The SEC's new framework says the same thing for listed stocks: issuers get notice and a chance to object. №81 starts from the other end — a team that wants to be first, opening its own books, and asking to do it the regulated way.
- A real operating team. №81 "Toshi" is racing a seven-round 2026 Collegiate Racing Series season right now — not a render, not a roadmap.
- Provenance. The ₿ has been on this program's cars across two liveries and multiple seasons. The conviction predates the mission statement.
- One bounded asset. One car, one program. A contained first case is how a new kind of ownership should be proven before anyone scales it.
- Built in public. Results, costs, and sponsorship documented as the season runs — the operating history a future owner would expect to see.
- Already native to the chain. Bitcoin Racing USA is a verified founding team on The Paddock Society grid, where fans back it with $WEN on Robinhood Chain today.
The Paddock Society is the on-ramp
A cap table needs a paddock first. The Paddock Society is where $WEN — the motorsports utility token on Robinhood Chain — actually does something: hold it, mint your pass, check in at races, and send support directly to the teams you believe in. It is live today, and it is where the community that would one day own a race team learns to run with one.
Fuel — live today
Utility and fan support. A membership and support token — never an investment, and never equity in this team.
SOCIETY
Membership — live today
Passes, check-ins, ranks, direct team support. This is how you back №81 right now.
The mission — in development
A regulated security, on regulated rails, with its own disclosures. Separate from $WEN and from membership, by design.
2026, round by round
Lap 1 of the road is "race, and keep the receipts." This is the racing half: the 2026 Collegiate Racing Series calendar for №81. Results and financial lines are not published here yet — when they are, they land on this page first.

Regulated channels, or not at all
- No do-it-yourself token. Ownership of a race team is a security. We will never mint one ourselves and call it something else.
- No dates, no promises. The SEC's September 2026 exemption covers listed stocks — not private assets like a race team. That path still has to be built, and the rails decide the timeline.
- Nothing is for sale here. If and when a regulated offering exists, it launches on its own surfaces with its own disclosures.
- $WEN is not the security. Holding $WEN or a Society pass confers no ownership or economic rights in this team — today or later.
Be in the paddock before the cap table opens
The way to back №81 today is membership. Hold $WEN, mint your Paddock Society pass, check in at the next race, and put this team at the front of the grid.
