Bitcoin Racing USA · №81 "Toshi" · Collegiate Racing Series

Racing to become the first securitized race team on Robinhood Chain.

One car. One bounded racing program. A livery that has carried the Bitcoin flag on American circuits for years. Our mission is to make №81 the first race team whose ownership lives on-chain — through regulated rails, in the open, with the receipts published as we go.

Nothing is for sale on this site. Team membership and fan support run through The Paddock Society.

01 · The Car

Inspect the asset

This is №81 — "Toshi." A Spec Miata built for the Collegiate Racing Series, wrapped in the Bitcoin circuit-board livery. Drag it around. Everything this team becomes starts with this car.

02 · The Mission

The car is the cap table

Every sports token so far has sold proximity — votes on cosmetics, badges, access. Securitization means the thing itself: a real interest in a real racing operation — the car, the sponsorship contracts, the prize money, the content — issued as a regulated security on Robinhood Chain, with real disclosures and a real market.

Motorsports is the one major sport where team economics are small enough to own whole. A grassroots race team is a startup with a lap time. Nobody has put one on-chain as an actual security. №81 is racing to be first — and doing it the only way it should be done: through regulated channels, or not at all.

The first race team with a public ledger: sponsorship in, spend out, results on Sunday — posted as they happen, red weekends included.

03 · Provenance

The flag has flown for years

The ₿ went on this program's cars long before it was a mission statement — two liveries, the same conviction. That history is the team's provenance: documented, photographed, raced.

Three layers, deliberately separated

Fandom, membership, and ownership are different promises — so they live on different rails. Two layers are live today. The third is the mission.

$WEN

Fuel — live today

The motorsports utility token on Robinhood Chain. Fans send $WEN directly to the teams they believe in — including this one, on the Society grid. A membership and support token, never an investment.

PADDOCK
SOCIETY

Membership — live today

Hold $WEN, mint your pass, check in at races, climb the ranks. Bitcoin Racing USA is a verified founding team on the grid. This is where you back №81 right now.

OWNERSHIP

The mission — in development

Real ownership of the racing program, issued as a regulated security on Robinhood Chain. No dates, no promises, and nothing offered here — when it exists, it will come with its own disclosures on regulated rails.

FAN holds $WEN mints a Society pass checks in at races OWNER, one day, done right.

05 · The Road

Laps, not leaps

This happens in order, in public, with no dates attached. Each lap only starts when the one before it is complete.

  1. Race, and keep the receipts

№81 races a full Collegiate Racing Series program while the team documents everything — results, costs, sponsorship — building the operating history an owned team needs.

  2. Grow the paddock

Fans become members through The Paddock Society: passes, check-ins, laps, direct team support. The community that would own a team learns to run with one first.

  3. Structure on regulated rails

Work the securitization path with the platforms and counsel who own it. The rails decide the shape — the team's job is to be the cleanest possible first asset.

  4. Open the cap table

If and when a regulated offering exists, it launches with its own disclosures on its own surfaces — and №81 becomes the first race team you can actually own on-chain.

The Green Flag

The garage door is open today

Ownership is the destination — membership is the ride there. Hold $WEN, mint your Paddock Society pass, check in at the next race, and back №81 on the grid. When the cap table opens, the paddock will already be full.
